Tabitha began at Adams Wilson Lawyers in February 2017 after returning from studying Transnational Commercial Law at the European Business School in Germany.
She was employed as a law clerk in our Gold Coast office whilst finishing her final year of studies. Tabitha assisted our lawyers in both Queensland and New South Wales during this time and gained a high level of experience in all areas of our firm including Litigation, Commercial, Employment, Education, Administrative and Discrimination Law.
Tabitha now holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University. She was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in April 2018. She practises in all areas of the firm’s expertise.
Tabitha’s most recent highlights include assisting in winning a high-profile employment case in the Federal Circuit Court and a discrimination case in QCAT. Her other successes have included matters in bullying and harrassment, unfair dismissals, general protections, unpaid wages, sexual harrassment, racial discrimination and responding to workplace allegations.
Above all, Tabitha’s judgement and analytical skills are well beyond her years as she has achieved commendable results and settlements for her clients so far.
